The classes offered here for members are phenomenal! Great place for moms who need daycare while they workout (free for members!) and the sense of community between the people you meet is great.

Everyone is extremely helpful and nice. They have all kinds of exercise equipment and activities to participate in. There's a indoor pool, sauna, indoor walking track, basketball court, and a beautiful park out back with lots of walking trails.
